   B Side Pizza Bar began life as an empty Hell’s Kitchen storefront in 2013. Chef Jason worked with Chowdown Inc parters to create an Italian American via NYC concept with an everyday executable menu of wood-fired pizzas and market driven sharable plates that has since become a neighborhood favorite for over a decade. Our scope of work included menu development, food costing, budgeting, FOH + BOH management training, and ongoing seasonal menu changes and culinary training to keep the concept relevant and profitable.
