The Breakfast Club is a fun, eclectic 24-hour breakfast concept from Earl Enterprises (Planet Hollywood, Buca de Beppe, Bertucci’s) in the heart of Hollywood. Chef Jason created an all day breakfast menu, wrote recipes, prep and training guides, assisted in hiring key management staff, trained the staff to execute the menu, and participated in service for the first month, making tweaks where necessary, to ensure that the project was well-received.
