   The Rose has been an institution in Los Angeles since 1979. In 2015, Chef Jason was tasked with the job of a much needed update to the neighborhood icon that still payed homage to its Venice roots. Colaborating with Studio Unlimited for a breezy, California chic aesthetic, we created a 250 seat farm-to-table all-day restaurant serving ten thousand guests per week. Within the first two years of operations, Chef Jason was able to increase sales fivefold while decreasing operating costs to make The Rose more profitable than it had ever been, all while earning rave reviews and accolades for his inventive take on California cuisine.
